Amazing from start to finish! She called me and had virtual showings(I was living several states away from where I was buying) setup within minutes of me requesting a showing. She was super helpful and made a point to make my parents feel included in the process. I was selling a property in another state at the same time, and she not only calmed my nerves about it, but she also had great advice and info for that sale. She found the perfect house for me, and was insanely successful with negotiating to get the right price and have everything fixed that was found during the inspection. She is friendly, super responsive, and made the process of buying a home fun. I highly recommend Rachel to anyone buying or selling a home, and I will definitely be working with her again when I’m ready to sell a rental property in the area.

Buying a home in a tight market can be challenging, but Rachel made it easy for us. She helped us make an offer that was good enough to get the house under contract and quickly off the market, but still at a price with which we were very comfortable. She helped us get a great home inspector and work through a few issues with the seller. The closing was easy and smooth. If you are buying (or selling) a home in the Birmingham/Hoover area, I wholeheartedly recommend her.

When she knew I was looking for something that could be made wheelchair accessible, she made it a point to ask questions about what would need to be done and help look for features that fit my needs.
