My commission rate varies depending on the property and the specifics of the sale. Please contact us for more information.

Yes, I am licensed to sell anywhere in the state of Alabama. I primarily sell in the Hoover, AL and surrounding cities. However, I have also sold quite a few properties down south on the coast, as my Mom’s side of the family is from that area. 

No I do not offer property management services, but have a list of great partners that could be of service to you. Please contact us for more information about our services and fees.

I have worked with some excellent realtors over the years … but Rachel is the best. She is smart, hard-working, professional and fun. Buying a home in a tight market can be challenging, but Rachel made it easy for us. She helped us make an offer that was good enough to get the house under contract and quickly off the market, but still at a price with which we were very comfortable. She helped us get a great home inspector and work through a few issues with the seller. The closing was easy and smooth.
